How does the PFT Service portal work?Easier. Faster. More mobile.

With our service portal, we offer the possibility to easily and conveniently submit a complaint to us and start the resolution process.
Depending on the problem, there are corresponding service types to choose from.

For complaints about machines or spare parts and warranty claims, please select the form COMPLAINT.

In case of defects in the area of worm pumps, we will help you competently under the item COMPLAINT ROTOR/STATOR.

If you have received an over-delivery, wrong or not ordered goods, the tab RETURN DELIVERY is the right choice.

Please report a damaged delivery under TRANSPORT DAMAGE.

Repair requests are exactly right under REQUEST FOR REPAIR.

By selecting the appropriate service type, contact is immediately established with PFT Quality Management. Depending on the type of service, different data is required and requested via the respective forms. The more precise and detailed you describe a problem, the faster we can process your complaint. A picture or a video says more than a thousand words - therefore the upload option of various attachments is a matter of course.

Please note: Do not send back any goods that are the subject of a complaint until we have given our approval!
