New order - new construction site, but the conditions on the construction sites are frequently less than ideal. No water or power connection - and the initial problems have already begun. Be it for heavy current or alternating current, PFT offers the right machine technology for every construction site.

With the 230 V AC drives from the standard household socket, the PFT machines are almost identical to the big ones. The 1-phase mains realises maximum use of the power and makes it possible to process a wide range of materials.

Mixing pumps

Mixing pumps are used to mix and continuously pump all common gypsum, lime and cement-based dry mortars. Thanks to machine support, materials do not have to be laboriously moved by hand and spread over the site. The material quality remains consistent thanks to the adjustable water factor. This ensures consistent work quality. Thanks to the perfect compatibility with the complete PFT machine programme, the mixing pumps can be used with a high degree of flexibility. The machines can be directly filled with sack material, but are designed to fit under a hopper.

Pneumatic filling over long distances is also possible. Various basic variants, which can be supplemented with optional accessories, ensure the right machine for every need.

Flow mixers

Horizontal flow mixers, also known as grout mixers, continuously mix all dry mortars on cement base to a processable material in a fully automated process. This means that mortar, grouts, levelling compounds, bonding mortar and basecoat, etc., can either be processed directly, or conveniently delivered to the processing location in combination with a delivery pump. Different models are available, adapted to a wide range of applications.

Delivery pumps

Delivery pumps transport material to the processing location. An open system is a combination with a flow mixer, but pasty bucket goods are also easily pumped to the desired location. Depending on the model, the delivery performance can be adjusted to suit the material requirements, thus guaranteeing optimal flexibility.
