An agitator / external vibrator ensures a consistent material flow in the silo and supports the reliable discharge of dry building materials. It is mounted on the outside of the silo and used specifically to reduce bridging, material build-up and compaction in the discharge area. This helps to improve conveying performance and keeps the material supply to the machine as constant as possible.

The vibrator is designed for connection to PFT machines and is controlled directly via the machine. This allows easy integration into site operations without the need for a separate control unit. Activation is coordinated with the machine’s operation, enabling the external vibrator to run as required.
