PFT RETURN CONDITIONS

1. The return takes place after approval by us.
Returns without a goods return note will not be processed.
The products are in their original packaging and are resalable.

2. The return must be made within four weeks of delivery, quoting the PFT invoice number
or with an enclosed copy of the PFT delivery note. In the event of a credit note for returns,
we shall reduce the net value of the goods by 20 %, but at least by 50.00 Euro per return to cover our costs.

3. No credit note will be issued for returns up to a net value of 100.00 euros for cost reasons.

4. Freight costs to Iphofen shall be borne by the customer.

5. If a return is caused by an error on the part of PFT, no deductions will of course be made.

6. Products outside our standard programme are excluded from return.
