The horizontal PFT screw mixers of the LOTUS series (also called mortar mixers) continuously and fully automatically mix all ready-mix dry mortars based on lime and cement (e.g. masonry mortar, jointing mortar, levelling compounds, adhesive/reinforcing mortar). A special feature of the LOTUS XL model is the metering and mixing shaft as a single unit without a central axis and with a rubber outlet fabricated from a single piece. The rotating dosing segment significantly extends the service life of the wear part. The LOTUS XL 230V version is a silo mixer for grain sizes up to a maximum of 4 mm. The mixing capacity of the machine can be increased up to 90 l/min with special dosing shafts. Also available as 400 V version.
